Delete your JOL account
What gets deleted
- Name, email, sign-in methods (email, Google, Apple) and profile photo
- Saved places and devices registered for notifications
- For drivers: IIN, payout details, application data, document and car photos
- Bonuses are cancelled
Ride records are kept without personal data, as the law requires (accounting and disputes).
In the app: Profile → Delete account.
